About the role

Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Architect to lead technical solutions, collaborate with teams, train staff, and support client implementations across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

What you’ll do
  • Provide high‑level technical solutions involving Oracle technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integrations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in best practices.
  • Provide client presentations and demonstrations of the prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and production‑implementable systems/applications.
  • Support proposal efforts through the architecture of solutions, and may be required to provide topologies, narratives, technical whitepapers, ROMs, project plans, and other items as necessary for proposal submission.
  • CP will provide access to available Oracle‑provided online training, demo sites, and product documentation for many, if not most, of the products, e.g. OCI, Oracle Fusion SaaS.
  • Learn and apply new technologies sufficiently to provide customer demos, presentations, and build prototypes, proof of concepts, and production‑implementable systems/applications.
  • Lead and participate in system testing and end‑user training.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end‑users.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on Oracle Cloud offerings regarding functionality and updates.
  • Provide technical/functional support to Business Development sales pursuits.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Oracle relevant functional and technical experience with each of: Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle SOA, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), cloud infrastructure administration, SaaS products (e.g. HCM, SCM, Financials), cloud web application development, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle cloud database offerings, ex. Autonomous DB, DB as a Service, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to provide managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the subject matter area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit‑gap analysis, as‑is and to‑be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a Non‑Sensitive (Risk Level: Tier 2, Moderate Risk, Public Trust) clearance.
Preferred
  • Multiple current Oracle product certifications relating to Oracle Cloud offerings and development tools.
  • Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications.
  • Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation.
