What does an online only job mean?

An 'Online Only' job refers to a position where all work duties are performed remotely via the internet, without the need for in-person attendance at a physical office or worksite. Employees communicate, collaborate, and complete their tasks using digital tools and online platforms. These roles can span various industries, including customer service, education, IT, writing, and more. This setup allows for flexible work arrangements and can enable employees to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
