Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and improvement of business procedures.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Implements practices to ensure compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Executes HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Develops budget and ensures financial and operational metrics are meeting organizational objectives by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.
  • Executes business strategy in an efficient and financially responsible manner to attain short and long term goals.
  • Reports directly to the COO.
  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all inclusive.

Education/Experience/Skills:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 5 years experience in clinical research.
  • Experience managing clinical research site staff.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Teams, preferred.

Working Conditions
  1. Indoor, Office environment.
  2. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
  3. Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  4. Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential.
