Position Title: Instructor (1 FTE)
Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Dayton, OH

Position Overview

Venesco LLC is seeking a qualified Instructor to support the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) under the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

The selected candidate will provide instructional and educational support for USAFSAM programs, assist with curriculum development, maintain instructor qualifications, and support both in-person and online learning environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional support for multiple USAFSAM courses in coordination with course directors and Office of the Dean personnel.
  • Deliver classroom and online instruction in accordance with USAFSAM and CCAF standards.
  • Develop, design, and deliver professional development training.
  • Assist with instructional development processes, curriculum updates, and course material maintenance.
  • Support student mentoring, academic assistance, and instructional evaluations.
  • Coordinate classroom activities including attendance, class rosters, graduation activities, and testing support.
  • Assist with Faculty Development initiatives and instructor qualification tracking.
  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure integrity of educational programs.
  • Support special projects, symposiums, continuity documentation, and eLearning initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with institutional, accrediting, Air Force, and DoD policies and procedures.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other mission-related activities as directed.
