Marketing & Communications Specialist - Bible Media Group, LLC - Pompano Beach, FL.
Job Duties: Responsible for providing administrative support to the entire BMG team as well as project coordination and planning. Act as liaison between the company and OneHope. Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals, utilizing digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage and grow the company's online presence by creating engaging content, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies as needed. Search engine optimization (SEO) through Large Language Model (LLM) adaptation expertise using AI platforms. Create and maintain content on the company's website using WordPress and Adobe Cloud Suite. Design promotional materials, graphics, and videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Coordinate email marketing campaigns through platforms like MailChimp, ensuring bilingual content in English and Spanish is clear and effective. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to plan and execute marketing strategies and special projects using tools like Asana and Basecamp. Maintain and organize customer data through CRM platforms such as Virtuous and Airtable, ensuring accurate and up to-date records. Support fundraising initiatives by creating compelling marketing materials and utilizing fundraising programs and software effectively. Communicate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring professional and warm interactions in both English and Spanish. Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve future strategies and outcomes. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Provide proactive and creative solutions to marketing challenges, using independent judgment and initiative to drive results. Plan and coordinate bilingual communications that articulate the company's vision, mission, and values effectively. Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree in Arts and enrollment in a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree program including coursework in Graphic Design. Must have 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Graphic Design Intern, or a related occupation geared toward Latin American content, including experience in/with: Asana project management software; CRM/data management software including Virtuous, Airtable, and BaseCamp; Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; digital marketing tools including Search Engine Marketing (SEM)-Google Ads and Google Analytics; social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Hootsuite, and Facebook Meta; MailChimp email marketing platform; content management systems including WordPress and Adobe Cloud Suite; graphic design software including Canva, Procreate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop; video editing and production software including Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Final Cut Pro; Fundraise Up fundraising software; communication and collaboration tools including Zoom and DropBox; and finance management software including Oracle and SAP/Concur.
