TopView Sightseeing is a well-established company based in New York City, offering a variety of sightseeing tours by bus, bike, and boat. Our dedicated team of native local experts serves over 2,500 customers daily, providing visitors to the Big Apple and other cities-including Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and London-with unforgettable experiences. Customer service is of paramount importance to the TopView Sightseeing brand, and as we continue to grow and expand internationally, we remain committed to enhancing the customer experience across our network. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to play a crucial role in our front-facing and back-office customer service operations.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal position based in New York City, with the potential to lead to a permanent role.
Availability Requirements:
• MUST be able to work Weekends and Holidays.
• This is not a remote position.
• Shifts may vary, with potential start times as early as 12 AM.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Handle phone calls and emails for all locations, including NYC, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and London.
• Assist customers with bookings and sales over the phone, in person, and online.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
• Perform various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist all office visitors in line with company standards.
• Maintain organized records and a clean reception area.
• Support the Customer Service Assistant Manager with additional administrative duties.
