The Chat Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our students, parents, and faculty through our online chat platform. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to chat inquiries from students, parents, and faculty in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support for our online learning platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Assist with registration, enrollment, and other administrative tasks as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our community
