Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Service Coordinator to support our Toyota and Kia service departments. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, proactively communicate with customers, coordinate service appointments, and support the service team with a variety of administrative duties. This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer relationships, increasing service retention, and creating a positive customer experience throughout the service process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule      first service appointments for customers who have recently purchased a new      vehicle.
  • Contact      customers who are overdue for scheduled maintenance and assist with      scheduling their next service appointment.
  • Respond      to inbound customer communications (phone calls, emails, text, messages,      and live online chat) in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. 
  • Make      outbound customer calls, emails, and text messages to schedule      appointments and complete assigned follow-up activities.
  • Maintain      accurate customer records and document communications in dealership      management systems.
  • Assist      with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support      the service advisors and service management team with customer      communications and clerical duties when needed.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous automotive dealership, administrative, customer service, call center, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and online chat.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications.
  • Ability to learn dealership management software, communication platforms, and phone systems.
