What You'll Do:
  • DRIVE the rhythm of business for the Secret Lair product, program, business and digital teams.
  • ENSURE partners receive product information, SKU level documentation, relevant business performance metrics and KSPs accurately and on time.
  • PARTNER with producers and creative teams ensuring successful creation and launch of all Secret Lair products.
  • BUILD user-friendly dashboards, reports and communications that are audience-specific to ensure clarity and alignment. Maintain and update reporting tools and dashboards.
  • ANTICIPATE and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to business needs.
  • COLLABORATE with internal operations and logistics teams to manage production and delivery timelines.
What You'll Bring:
  • Previous experience as a Producer, Program Manager, Marketing/Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Ability to jump into fast-paced and evolving situations and make things better for your team.
  • An organized, meticulous approach to bookkeeping and building efficiencies to further streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication skills including: clear and concise written and verbal communication, editing, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You possess a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with Smartsheet.
Nice to Have:
  • First-hand experience in online/DTC sales or product/program management.

Additional Details:
Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.
  • Employment Type: Contingent Worker
  • Location: Hybrid
  • Duration: 3 months with possibility to extend to 12 months
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
  • Starting Pay Range: $45/hour
  • Pay Range End: $55/hour
