QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ANSWERING SERVICE AGENT A resident of AL, FL, GA, KS, SC, TX, or VA Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors Ability to follow instructions Must be able to multitask (talk, type, and follow scripting verbatim) Strong customer service skills Strong computer skills Being bilingual is not required, but a plus **COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS ** -PC w/ Windows 10 or 11 -Memory (RAM): 8GB minimum -Hard Drive: 100 GB minimum available space -Dual monitors 20"+ or laptop 15"+. Both monitors must have a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 -PC should be less than three years old -High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed, with low latency.
