VACANCY:        8th Grade Volleyball Coach

                       Howard City - Tri County Middle School
                                           

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Prior coaching experience
  • Some experience with a weight lifting program

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coach individual participants in the fundamental skills necessary for excellent achievement in Volleyball
  • Work closely with Varsity Head Coach for consistency of techniques taught and on all aspects of the program
  • Develop community relationships that are positive for TC Athletics
  • Develop players for the next level
  • Help with fundraising projects
  • Accountable for all team equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Develop a program/team of class and character
  • Develop good people, not just good athletes
  • Work within the basic framework and philosophy of the school district
