Roles and Responsibilities:
  • 10+ years of experience in "OneTrust or Data Architect • Strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in implementing OneTrust technologies and modules.
  • Proven experience as a OneTrust Architect.
  • Ability to create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams.
  • Experience in conducting Privacy Assessments and managing Vendor Risk.
  • Architect and design comprehensive privacy solutions leveraging OneTrust technologies.
  • Create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams to ensure product design clarity and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Develop and maintain reference architecture diagrams, developer and user handbooks.
  • Implement and manage OneTrust Cookie Compliance, Incident Response, and Identity Proofing.
  • Perform Privacy by Design Assessments and develop roadmaps for implementation of Privacy by Design Controls.
  • Build and manage OneTrust inventories for personal data and controls.
  • Oversee OneTrust Privacy Notice Management, Data Privacy Scanning, and Privacy Inventory Reporting.
  • Automate Personal Data Inventory and develop privacy processes, reporting, and dashboards using OneTrust.
  • Conduct Privacy Assessments using OneTrust and ensure compliance with Privacy Threshold Assessment requirements.
  • Manage Vendor Risk using OneTrust Vendor Risk Management module.
  • Implement Data Retention Management and Consent Management using OneTrust.
