ServiceTitan Implementation & Training Specialist

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $33.00 - $46.00 per hour DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceTitan Implementation & Training Specialist to lead the administration, optimization, and ongoing success of our ServiceTitan platform. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, process improvement, and helping teams maximize the capabilities of ServiceTitan.

As our in-house ServiceTitan expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding the platform, oversee backend system configuration, train office and field staff, troubleshoot issues, and help drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceTitan-related questions and support.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceTitan platform.
  • Manage the backend of the system, including user accounts, permissions, forms, workflows, pricebooks, memberships, reporting, and system settings.
  • Monitor ServiceTitan updates, complete ongoing training, and participate in webinars and meetings to stay current on new features and best practices.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both office staff and field technicians.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and ongoing training sessions to ensure employees are using ServiceTitan efficiently and consistently.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, answer user questions, and provide day-to-day technical support.
  • Maintain employee user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and promote consistent use of the platform across all departments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing ServiceTitan.
  • ServiceTitan Certifications and completion of all trainings.
  • Experience with the “Projects” functions in ServiceTitan.
  • Experience configuring and managing the backend of ServiceTitan.
  • Previous experience training office staff and field technicians on ServiceTitan or similar CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of residential home service operations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries preferred).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of software experience.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving business processes through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a full ServiceTitan implementation.
  • Background in the electrical, HVAC, or plumbing industry.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking within ServiceTitan.
  • Familiarity with software integrations and workflow automation.
