Responsibilities
The Onboarding Coach is responsible for supporting new employee assimilation during their first 0โ€“90 days, ensuring a positive onboarding experience, strengthening early engagement, and gathering actionable insights that drive retention and organizational effectiveness. This role builds meaningful relationships, facilitates communication across departments, and serves as a trusted resource for both new hires and plant leadership. The Onboarding Coach plays a key role in reinforcing company values, improving onboarding processes, and elevating the overall employee experience.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Ability to meet ITAR requirements for U.S. person status
