• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and discuss client progress.
• Maintain precise and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Manage a structured caseload effectively, ensuring that all clients receive timely and appropriate interventions and support.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues. You will be directly involved in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and promoting resilience and coping strategies that empower their recovery.

• A valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license to practice in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; relevant master's or doctoral degrees will be considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a keen interest in ongoing professional development and training.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role is required, with a focus on therapeutic techniques applicable to a wide range of mental health issues.
• Experience managing a full caseload and familiarity with client management systems is beneficial.
• Prior experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors, will be highly regarded.

On Track Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
