Full-time

Re-posted 18 days ago

Job description

Pareto Publishing is a fast-growing email-marketing company with an engaged subscriber base of 8 million+, helping financial and investment brands acquire investors through performance-driven email campaigns. We're looking for a highly organized, client-focused Campaign Delivery Manager to own client relationships after the sale and make sure every campaign launches smoothly and delivers outstanding results! :)
This role sits right at the intersection of client service, campaign operations, and account management - you'll take the handoff from Sales and carry the client through onboarding, delivery, and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-signature, owning onboarding and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across CPA, CPC, dedicated sends, and newsletter sponsorships - making sure assets, targeting, and specs are approved and on track.
  • Monitor pacing and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively resolving performance concerns and operational bottlenecks.
  • Track delivery against KPIs, analyze results, and prepare client-facing performance summaries with optimization recommendations.
  • Manage reconciliations, settlement, and invoicing - and grow accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success.
  • Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or media operations.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Hands-on experience with performance-based models like CPA and CPC strongly preferred.
  • Experience in financial marketing, investor acquisition, or capital-markets campaigns highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability, audience targeting, and CRM/reporting platforms is a plus.

What to Expect
  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • A high level of ownership and direct client responsibility from day one.
  • Exposure to financial services, investor marketing, and digital media.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your work is visible.
  • A clear path to grow into senior client-services or operations-leadership roles.

Our Recruitment Process
  1. First, you'll fill out a short Google Form so we can learn about your background and goals.
  2. If there's a match, you'll have a video call with someone from our HR team to discuss your experience in more detail.
  3. Next, you'll meet with one of our senior leaders and complete a brief DISC assessment to help us understand your working style.
  4. Finally, we'll sit down together to review the full offer, including compensation, benefits, and day-to-day working arrangements! :)
