At On Top Delivery, there's an exceptional opportunity to earn more by being a high performer! Our base pay for delivery drivers starts at $21.25 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $21.50 per hour with DOT certification, which includes paid training. Additionally, we offer performance-based incentives, allowing you to earn an extra $240.00 per month by excelling in your role.

What Youll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, youll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-400 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

What Youll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test

Shifts: 10:20 a.m. - 8:50 p.m. with weekend availability required

You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
