Company Description

The On Premise Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for driving sales growth and executing Red Bull's strategies and initiatives across assigned regional key accounts within their territory. This role also partners with On Premise National Accounts to expand distribution, strengthen execution, and ensure alignment with RBNA On Premise standards and best practices.

Job Description

REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT & FRANCHISE GROUP MANAGEMENT

Manages sales funnel of current and targeted Regional Commercial Key Accounts across multiple channels of On Premise Business.

Builds strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key account decision makers and stakeholders.

Creates account programming such as Limited Time Offers (LTO), staff programs, etc. that are relevant to each account and drives volume

Negotiates contracts to drive execution and programming while maintaining appropriate spends per case.

Works closely with RBNA On Premise National Key Account Sales team to drive programming through region-based franchise groups. 

Conducts regular account audits directly or through regional On Premise teams to ensure agreed upon account standards are met.

Participates in relevant Trade Shows and Conferences to keep up with industry standards that can be leveraged in negotiation and creating account solutions.

ACCOUNT ANALYSIS & REVIEWS

Conducts regular business reviews to drive accountability with partners to deliver upon agreed execution, programming, and volume commitments.

Leverages business insights to appeal to customer's needs and influence gains in distribution, execution, and programming.

Identifies best practices that can be scaled in other regions, or nationally across other franchise groups.

COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Works closely with National Teams as well as Region On Premise Marketing (Trade & Retail) Marketing to create custom account programming in line with brand standards.

Aligns regional stakeholders (i.e., General Management, Directors, On Premise Team) around account priorities to reinforce execution and give/receive feedback to maximize account performance.

Conducts regular reviews with region leaders to around account performance, programming results, and balance of year focus areas to ensure business plan achievement.

Regularly engages and informs Distributor Partners (DPs) National and Regional Account priorities, programs, and initiatives to drive alignment and ensure product availability in all accounts.

PLANNING & REPORTING

Establishes and manages volume and spend budget by account via Customer Profitability Management (CPM) system, constantly analyzing ROI and rate per case to maximize resource allocation.

Plans all volume via CPM, tracking monthly by account chain to manage account performance.

Ensures that CPM, ASR, and Wing Tips are up to date with chain/ account level detail, including unit listings, mandated SKUs and agreed upon executional elements.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with demonstrated success of building and executing plans with top outlets, preferably with account groups. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and utilize business insights to influence internal and external partners to drive sales.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable creativity and solution-orientated thinking that has driven account results that speak to consumer and account needs. 
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - 138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
