Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leadership experience, either in a management or supervisory capacity, within a production, manufacturing, or operations environment. This individual will play a key role in optimizing workflows, developing team members, meeting production goals, and supporting the continued growth of our customization and manufacturing operations. We are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership of challenges, collaborates effectively with their team, and drives continuous improvement through accountability, teamwork, active problem-solving, and effective decision-making.  


REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within a production, manufacturing, printing, or operations environment.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to actively support and guide employees on the production floor.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to maintain accountability for team performance and production results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical, effective solutions.
  • Ability to read, understand, and manage production schedules, workflows, and job priorities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Experience in engraving, embroidery, and other print on demand machines production/manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working in high-volume production environments with multiple concurrent jobs.
  • Background in process improvement or efficiency optimization within a fast-paced, order-driven operation.
  • Ability to handle warehouse environment with regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
  • Extended hours may be required during peak season.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds as required.
