Hiring State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) for Skilled Nursing Facilities

We are seeking compassionate STNAs/ State Tested Nurse Aides to work within our client's facilities, providing support with daily living tasks and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a Flagstar STNA, you will ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.
Hourly pay rate: $20 - $21 Hourly

STNA/ State Tested Nurse Aide Requirements:
• Currently holds an active STNA certificate to work in Ohio
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location
Flagstar STNAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:
• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.
• Effectively manage your caseload and complete timely and accurate clinical notes, including addressing patient progress.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
