JOB SUMMARY

The Transportation Shuttle Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for participants, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction. This role operates Viticus Group vehicles, including vans, SUVs, and coaches, in compliance with company policies and all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) regulations. The Transportation Shuttle Driver collaborates with internal teams, including CSAs, Food and Beverage, Education, and Human Health, to ensure seamless service delivery. As a representative of Viticus Group, drivers are expected to provide exceptional service; however, this position is not a tipped role, and drivers may not solicit, accept, or retain gratuities from participants, guests, or customers.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES


Education & Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a physical and drug test for DOT compliance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to obtain a CDL for interstate commerce and to receive endorsements for passengers or hazardous materials.
  • Commercial Driver's License -Class B CDL with a Passenger (P) endorsement would be required.
  • 2+ years of driving experience.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES   

Transportation & Customer Service:

  • Safely provide shuttle driving services for participants using Viticus Group vehicles (vans, SUVs, or coaches).
  • Greet participants and passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist passengers as needed, including helping with luggage or mobility aids.
  • Offer local dining and activity recommendations to enhance participant experience.
  • Assist CSAs with participant sign-ins and waiver collections.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for additional transportation needs.
  • Fleet Management & Safety:
  • Perform weekly transportation safety checks to ensure fleet vehicles are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Assist with coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules as needed. 
  • Support & Collaboration:
  • Provide support to CSAs by answering participant questions and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Food and Beverage, Education, Human Health) to ensure smooth transportation logistics.
  • Assist Transportation Supervisor with consolidating fuel receipts via the WEX card.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
