ProKatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Ophthalmology for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Title : RN Surgery Center

Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -1 year of experience. 

Education: Required Education: -Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Preferred Education: -Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A null

Schedule Notes: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Excellent IV skills, instilling prescribed pupil-dilating drops, patient interviews, and assessments. Must be able to recover phase 1 PACU patients, manage airways, and manage pain or nausea in patients aged 6 months to age 95. ACLS and PALS required. Familiarity with surgical eye cases strongly preferred (cataracts, cornea, retina, glaucoma, plastics). Ability to maintain a fast pace and embrace teamwork.
