The Vaccination Review Associate is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing vaccination and immunization records as part of background screening and compliance verification services. The role involves accurately interpreting vaccination documents, ensuring adherence to client-specific requirements, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting healthcare, education, and employment screening programs.

This is a non-voice, back-office role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently within defined turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review vaccination and immunization records submitted by applicants, healthcare providers, and authorized agencies.
  • Validate vaccination documents against client, regulatory, and program-specific requirements.
  • Verify completeness, authenticity, and accuracy of immunization records.
  • Identify missing, expired, or non-compliant vaccination information.
  • Update and maintain records in internal background screening systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and documentation of review outcomes.
  • Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs).
