Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support and optimize Epic Revenue Cycle applications. The ideal candidate will have strong PB expertise, Epic certification, and hands-on experience with Financial Assistance, Charge Adjustments, Retro Processing, Claims, Statements, and Single Billing Office (SBO).
Responsibilities:

  •  Configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) applications. 
  •  Build and optimize workflows for Financial Assistance (FA), Charge Adjustments, Retro Processing, Claims, Statements, and SBO. 
  •  Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and production support. 
  •  Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents. 
  •  Collaborate with revenue cycle stakeholders to improve billing processes and workflows. 
  •  Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and change management activities. 
Required Qualifications:

  •  Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification
  •  5+ years of hands-on Epic PB experience. 
  •  Experience with Financial Assistance (FA), Charge Adjustment Review, Retro Processing, Claims & Statement Processing, and Single Billing Office (SBO). 
  •  Strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, application build, configuration, testing, and production support. 
  •  Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
