Desktop Support Tech I
Work Hours: M-F 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM| No on-call.
Pay Rate $21 | Candidates must be willing to accept up to $22/hr. at time of conversion.
Job Responsibilities: Maintains, analyzes, and troubleshoots computer hardware and software (O365 suite). Troubleshoots printers. Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information. Conducts password changes. Computer imaging and wiping. Shipping back assets to depot. Utilizes ServiceNow for ticketing. Escalates problems/issues to higher level support if unable to resolve.
Top 2 Skills Required: Desktop Support (Min. 1 year experience) and customer service. A+ certification is a plus.
