Job description

Reporting to the Director of Reporting Systems within the Analytics and Reporting Department, the position of Data Analyst performs in-depth analysis of healthcare data, supporting regulatory reporting and encounter data submission. 

Scope of Role & Responsabilities: 

  • Analyze claim and encounter data to ensure data submission is meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile data with regulatory reporting and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop database in SQL Server environment
  • Analyze, transform, and visualize data
  • Develop both technical and end-user documentation.

Required Education, Training & Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related field is required
  • Minimum 5 years data analysis experience in healthcare industry
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of database development in SQL Server environment.
  • Self-motivated and self-learning in adapting changes of technology and regulatory requirement.
  • Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
