Registered Nurse (Med/Surg & EICU) – Key Requirements Summary

🏥 Position Overview

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to Medical-Surgical and EICU patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care. The RN must be able to adapt to changing patient conditions, unit needs, and daily assignments while ensuring safe, high-quality care.

✅ Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • BSN preferred
  • Active Wisconsin RN License
  • BLS Certification (required upon hire or within 1 month)
  • ACLS Certification (required within 6 months of hire)

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
