About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves emergency response, cleanup, demolition, and restoration work on residential and commercial properties. No two days are the same — if you enjoy active work and helping people during emergencies, this is a rewarding career opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage
  • Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitation
  • Assist with demolition, debris removal, and property cleanup
  • Set up and monitor restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
  • Complete job documentation, including moisture readings and work logs
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Follow all safety and industry standards, including PPE use
  • Assist with rebuilds and restoration projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions
  • Comfortable working in water-damaged or smoke-damaged environments
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
  • Ability to be on call for emergency situations (some weekends/evenings)
  • Prior restoration or construction experience is a plus
  • IICRC certification is a plus (not required – training available)
