Sales & Business Development Representative - Auburn Hills, MI
Compensation & Role Overview
  • Base Salary: + uncapped commission

  • OTE: ~$90K–$100K+ (Year 1–2 realistic ramp; uncapped earning potential long-term)

  • Vehicle: Company vehicle + gas card

  • Territory: Southeast & Mid-Michigan

  • Vertical Focus: Commercial, schools, healthcare (based on candidate experience)

  • KPIs: Defined based on vertical and provided upon onboarding

  • Position Type: New/additional headcount (growth role, not a replacement)

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity

This role is built for someone who is motivated to win, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow their career in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position Our Client’s services effectively

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Present solutions professionally and confidently close business

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity with daily updates

  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications
  • Persistent yet respectful; able to navigate tough conversations and provide constructive feedback
