Home Health RN / Registered Nurse
Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Health RN / Registered Nurseto fill an opening for a top healthcare provider located in South Austin, TX. This company offers RNs the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one patient care in a home health setting while making a meaningful impact in the Austin community. The role also provides flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
Pay Details:
  • Position is Pay Per Visit however annual salary ranges between $83K-$102K *Top of the range is reserved for candidates with several years of nursing AND home health experience*
Shift:
  • Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
  • On-Call: 1 week every 5 weeks (Mon-Sun)

Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health RN / Registered Nurse:
  • Deliver skilled home healthcare nursing services to patients following discharge from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care settings, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to physician-directed treatment plans.
Required Qualifications for the Home Health RN / Registered Nurse:
  • Registered Nurse in Texas
    1+ years of clinical experience as an RN and 6+ months of home health experience
  • Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD)
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
  • Ability to travel to all business locations
