Training Analytics & Optimization: Measure training impact and enhance workforce development programs using data analytics.  Training Analytics Lead Candidates work to facilitate Training Analytics & Optimization delivering Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - Training Analytics & Optimization through Measure impact | drive insights | optimize training.  Further, they Lead training analytics, develop metrics, dashboards, and evaluate workforce training effectiveness.
