Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW: Elevate digital assets across e-commerce channels. Increasing sales velocity in the digital space by creating performance-minded engaging assets that drive shoppers from first impression to purchase. Serve as the bridge between a shopper's curiosity and their purchase by creating clear, compelling visuals that answer questions quickly and drive confident decisions. Optimize imagery for digital buyers such as Amazon, Walmart, and the Mueller DTCwebsite with assets that stop the scroll, communicate value fast, and convert.

  • Maintain Mueller brand standards while creating personality by product family to motivate upselling and adapting to each channel's creative needs.
  • Above the fold stand out images and rich media (video, animation, interactive elements, etc), Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Walmart assets that aligns with each platform's specifications and best practices.
  • Create compliant hero images that stand out in search results, including lighting/retouching, color accuracy, and extra eye-catching creative that pushes boundaries of the white-background requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, sales and brand communications teams.
  • Partner with Marketing to A/B test creative (e.g., main images and layouts) and iterate based on performance metrics such as CTR and CVR.
  • Translate product features into clear infographics and lifestyle composites that communicate benefits and use cases.
  • Develop display creative (e.g., DSP), Sponsored Brand assets (video/stills), and social media graphics to support on- and off-platform advertising.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job.
Three or more years of digital design experience supporting e-commerce and/or marketplaces, ideally in a direct to consumer (D2C) brand or agency environment or other related experience.
Demonstrated ability to design to solve shoppers' problems through a portfolio which highlights how you use hierarchy, clarify, and layout to communicate benefits and address customer questions especially for mobile.
Basic motion graphics and/or video editing skills (After Effects/Premier) for short-form marketplace video assets.
Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce creative (especially Amazon listing imagery, rich media, A+ Content, or storefront work).
Ability to understand and comply with Mueller Safety Systems and current regulatory requirements.

Advanced use of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook and Excel, and related industry applications.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with KeyShot, Blender and Adobe Dimension to create renders without photography.
Strong photo editing skills, including color correction, shadow creation, compositing, and background removal.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Amazon asset requirements (ratio, mobile-first design, and safe zones); familiarity with Walmart creative specs is a plus.
Responsible for appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the organization's systems and data as well as client data.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read. The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Position requires frequent typing. Position requires limited business travel, including operation of a motor vehicle.
