Job description

Key Lime Air Airline Travel Coordinator

We are a growing regional airline based at Centennial Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.

We operate a fleet of more than 30 aircraft, including Fairchild Metros, Dornier 328 Jets, Embraer E-145LRs, and an Embraer Brasilia. Our growth plans include the continued addition of E-145LRs to our fleet.

Location: 13252 E Control Tower Rd.

Starting Salary: $24.00 an hour

Schedule: Tue-Sat 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of travel related to training, maintenance and flight crew positioning of commercial airline
  • Assisting in maintaining hotel pricing relationships
  • Maintenance of corporate reward programs related to travel and efficiency
  • Ensure all travel is conducted in accordance with regulated duty time limitations when applicable
  • Document and reconcile travel expenses
  • Itemize expenses into subgroups
  • Track annual budget, actual costs to date, and anticipated future costs
  • Assist charter flight department in the detailing of trip organization
  • Provide quality administrative functions for business related travel
  • Organize internal commercial airline travel, hotel accommodation and ground transportation

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Candidates should be experienced in scheduling and tracking hotel, flight, and car rentals
  • Organizing itineraries, budget/expenditure tracking and maintaining travel related documentation through revisions
  • The role requires outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze a variety of data regarding flight schedules, departure points, and other related information
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient with crew scheduling software
  • Ability to handle changes
  • Good use of judgement in applying general direction to specific situations
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, sincerity, and professionalism for the job
  • Comfortable with low to medium on-call hours
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States
