The role will focus on order management, supply chain, and ecommerce workflows across GMTP and NetSuite, supporting both ongoing delivery and platform transition efforts.
What you will do!
Support roadmap planning, functional requirement definition, backlog management, and prioritization activities aligned with global business priorities, providing input and recommendations to product and IT leadership.
Drive functional product delivery activities across the Global Product team, supporting company-owned markets in Australia, United Kingdom, and Canada, as well as international franchise markets.
Collaborate with product managers across Finance, WMS, OMS, and other platform domains to define and align global requirements, along with engineering and QA teams, to deliver integrated capabilities supporting global end-to-end business processes.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for NetSuite-related functional design, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements across supported markets.
Support delivery and ongoing enhancement of the GMTP platform (our global commerce platform), including coordination across core systems such as ecommerce, Sterling OMS, WMS, purchasing, inventory, and Oracle Financials.
Drive definition and alignment of global requirements across markets, while supporting functional ownership of non-ecommerce operational areas within GMTP and contributing to ecommerce feature delivery as needed.
Manage and support the franchise platform, including issue resolution and system transition activities to support migration to the new platform.
Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering teams, and external vendors to drive successful delivery of global supply chain and order management capabilities.
Develop and maintain understanding of adjacent business processes and integrated systems to ensure reliable design and development across OMS, supply chain, finance, and ecommerce workflows.
Provide functional production support during deployments, system transitions, and operational launches to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
What you know!
