Job Description


Omni is looking for an experienced Licensed Low Voltage Electrician/Security Technician. Chosen candidates will be responsible for working with project installations and service troubleshooting.

We are looking for a very personable, self-motivated, responsible and tech savvy individual to enhance our team.

This position demands a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with project team to complete installations of commercial access control, Ip video Projects, cabling, wireless, and alarm installations
  • Completing Daily paperwork for all work performed

To be successful; the candidate must be a self-starter and have the following traits and business characteristics:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Willing to participate in an emergency on-call rotation
  • Strong Verbal and written communication ability
  • Desire to maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • MUST hold a valid CT Low-Voltage electrician license
  • MUST hold valid driver’s license
  • 1 to 3 years of full-time experience as an installer or service technician
  • Experience in the commercial and residential service and installation of: Fire, Security, CCTV, and access control systems
