Oncologist, Olean, NY  Medical Oncologist, Western NY State

Olean General Hospital’s cancer care team has an opening for a Medical Oncologist. Olean is located 70 miles south of Buffalo, NY.

The successful candidate will be a Board-Certified, Medical Oncologist. The physician will work in our Olean General Hospital oncology site at the Mildred Milliman Radiation Medicine Center (MMRMC).

Highlights of the Position

  2. Manageable Patient Volume
  3. Round 10 days per month on inpatients
  4. Connected to subspecialist program in Buffalo for coordinated care
  5. EPIC EMR
  6. Mentorship 
  7. Infusion on site
  8. Transitioning to EPIC EMR in early-mid 2026
  9. Multi- specialty group associated with the team

Required Qualifications

  1. M.D. or D.O. degree
  2. ACGME Fellowship Trained
  3. Board Certified / Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
  4. Unrestricted license to practice in NY or ability to obtain prior to employment
  5. DEA License or ability to obtain prior to employment
