Position Requirements

Description
Join NAPA at Olean General Hospital, a community-focused hospital where anesthesia professionals are valued, supported, and able to make a real impact both at the hospital and the outpatient surgery center. Located in scenic Western New York near the Pennsylvania border, this city serves as the regional hub for healthcare in the area, with Olean General Hospital, a 186-bed hospital that provides care to more than 160,000 residents across southwestern New York and northwestern Pennsylvania. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a collaborative voice, while supporting and helping everyone deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards
Hourly Rate: $200 per hour

Case Assignments
General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, endo, vascular, GI, Urology, and Podiatry.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Olean General Hospital, Per Diem $200/hour (W-2/1099)
