We are currently looking for an Okta Technical Consultant (Auth0, CIAM, Terraform), to join KeyData Cyber's Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on implementation and deployment services for Okta solutions across enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, leading multiple concurrent deployments and ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and long-term customer success. You will also collaborate closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive seamless transitions and continuous improvement. What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Okta solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into scalable IAM designs
  • Integrate applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation
  • Work across cloud and on-premise environments to deliver secure identity solutions
  • Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and web technologies
  • Manage multiple customer projects, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and documentation
  • Mentor and guide customers to enable adoption and self-sufficiency
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to delivery best practices, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
  • Partner with Sales teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Who We're Looking For:
  • Mandatory Requirement: Okta CIAM platform experience and/or Workflows Certification/ Okta Consultant Certification
  • 3–5 years of experience in IAM / Identity consulting or technical delivery roles
  • Experience with Terraform creation.
  • Experience with Okta Workforce
  • Strong hands-on experience with federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed)
  • Proven experience implementing identity and access management solutions
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management processes
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in consulting environments
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously
  • Valid Okta Consultant Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Okta implementations and Okta Workflows
  • Programming experience (Java, .NET, PHP) and API integrations (REST/JSON)
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Ember)
  • Exposure to Node.js or mobile development (iOS/Android)
  • Knowledge of Okta products such as OIG, OAG, OPA, or ASA
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise architectures
  • CISSP or similar security certifications #LI-RR1
