Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within a designated territory, driving revenue growth, and supporting field operations. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role working closely with Operations to deliver service solutions that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the oil & gas sector 
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts 
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful job execution and service delivery 
  • Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and site walk-downs 
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines 
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedback 
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction 
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and service offerings
Requirements: Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of oil & gas field sales or related industry experience 
  • Strong understanding of field operations for oil and gas service company
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close business 
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
