Senior Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)

About the Role

NCR Voyix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our enterprise Supply Chain systems. This role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across the Supply Chain domain.

The ideal candidate will possess deep techno-functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain applications and have a strong background in end-to-end solution delivery, custom development, integrations, and cloud transformation initiatives. This individual will work closely with global business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technology teams within an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle development, implementation, enhancement, and support activities for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation initiatives, including integrations, customizations, data migration, and process improvements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations within Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud environments.
  • Configure and support Oracle Supply Chain modules, including:
    • Order Management
    • Inventory Management
    • Procurement
    • Logistics
    • Shipping
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Develop and maintain Oracle database objects, including complex SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and performance tuning solutions.
  • Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, EDI transactions, and Oracle business events.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and extensions.
  • Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are designed and developed with security, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, product owners, and business users while participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise across Oracle Supply Chain and Materials Management modules.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Order Management (OM)
    • Inventory Management
    • Procurement
    • Logistics
    • Shipping Execution
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Advanced Oracle Database development experience, including:
    • SQL
    • PL/SQL
    • Packages
    • Procedures
    • Functions
    • Performance Tuning
  • Experience developing Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and customizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, workflows, business events, and integrations.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.1+ environments.
  • At least one full Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain implementation experience.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Experience with Oracle technologies and tools including:
    • OAF
    • OIC
    • Oracle Forms
    • Oracle Reports
    • XML Publisher
    • OTBI
    • FDI
    • EDI
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale global Supply Chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oracle certifications in EBS, Fusion Cloud, or Oracle Supply Chain applications are a plus.
