Job description

Provides reception and office administration assistance for Vestas. Administer general business office tasks. Such activities are clerical in nature and may include mail, work processing, filing, order processing, telephone answering and office supplies. Also performs ad hoc projects for the facility and management
Responsibilities:
• Strategic partner to department Senior Manager.
• Manages field trainers, field instructors and administrative staff.
• Develops and manages field training program.
• Manages FCC Budget and resource plan for VAME field training program; participates in global budget planning and drives regional execution.
• Manages oversight of GWO training delivery, including internal and external resources.
• Manages relationships and collaborates to optimize the utilization of internal and external resources to achieve company training goals.
• Works in concert with HSE and internal and external partners to integrate updates and improvements in safety programs into technician safety training.
• Supports VAME in meeting customer training needs.
• Supports Senior Manager in developing and communicating training strategy and direction regionally; monitors VAME forecasting, analyzes data and builds business cases, maintains staff and facilities as necessary to meet business targets.
• Other tasks as needed.
Competencies
• 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience required
• 1-2 years project management experience preferred
• 1-2 years Wind Industry experience preferred
• Training/education management experience preferred
