About Caltex

Caltex Oil Tools, headquartered in Tomball, Texas, is a solutions-focused products and services company serving the global offshore oil and gas industry. Our systems utilize automated remote technologies to enhance precision, reduce complexity, and increase the reliability of subsea operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, Issue, Reconcile Purchase Orders
  • Accurately save and store documentation
  • Request, monitor, and reconcile shipments
  • Process electronic documents, review for completion and accuracy
  • Produce work accurately, efficiently, and independently
  • Work well with teammates to complete tasks
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong typing, data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate across departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience preferred
