DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work well while under supervision. Maintenance, repair and installation of electronic and survey-related equipment through use of test equipment, product specifications, and standard diagnostic procedures. Ensure all activities are conducted in conformance with the company's HSE and QA systems. Foster a teamwork culture within the designated areas of responsibility. Ensure that any inter-office operational problems are discussed and rectified. Provide feedback to line managers on resources, morale, personnel issues and the general status of areas of responsibility. Make recommendations on changes to the business to the management. Installation of equipment onto clients' vessels including hardware, firmware and software together with interfacing to client-owned equipment. Work offshore from a floating vessel. Preparation and test of equipment for contract mobilization and identification of shortfalls in equipment levels.
