About the Role:
This position provides leadership, management, direction, and vision to software engineers and/or development employees including offshore contractors/consultants and interns needed to support, run, and change activities in the software development life cycle.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Expertise and proven experience in various staffing and resource models.

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
• Recommend technical strategy and direction across functional area.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
