Venture-Backed Defense Technology Startup

Our client is a venture-backed defense technology startup building secure software for mission-critical government environments. They combine deep domain expertise with modern engineering practices to deliver impactful tools directly to national security end users.

As one of the first engineering hires, you'll work closely with the CTO to design and deploy full-stack applications, integrate data pipelines, and build software within secure, classified environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Python, Java)
  • Build data integration pipelines and internal tooling
  • Deploy applications in secure government platforms
  • Translate mission requirements into effective technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of full stack development experience with modern frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/React, Java, or similar languages
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
  • Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Experience
