Experience of tools like - Eclipse,RAD, TOAD, SVN, Clearcase, Checkstyle etc. 

Unit testing frameworks - like use of Mockito, NG etc.

Creation and maintenance of database objects e.g. Procedures, Packages, Triggers, Constraints

Healthcare / Insurance domain knowledge

Concepts of using Agile Methodology


Generic Managerial Skills :


Leading and Mentoring both Onsite and Offshore 

Creating Project Plan and Track status 

Handling Customer communications and Management reporting 

Experience in Health Care (preferable)



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
