• Able to guide the offshore team and collaborate with BTS team on work management
• Technical aptitude to understand system designs, flows and suggest best practices
• Author Architecture documents
• Coordinate and guide project teams
• Analyze as-is and map to-be functionalities
• Works directly with multiple business groups / scientists to understand and document user requirements
• Experienced in understanding IT systems related to pharmaceutical/healthcare companies preferred
• Has good understanding of Agile project execution processes
