Job description

Are you a vigilant professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment? We are seeking dedicated Daytime Security Specialists to join our Cocoa Beach team. In this role, you aren't just a guard; you are a key guardian of our guest experience. You will ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, staff, and property while maintaining the high standards of service our coastal community is known for.
  • Proactive Protection: Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and inspecting access points to identify risks preemptively.
  • Incident Management: Respond swiftly to alarms and calls for assistance, coordinating with management or local authorities (CCBPD) when emergencies arise.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain a digital log of activities and complete detailed, professional incident reports via smartphone/tablet.
  • Guest Relations: Act as a helpful point of contact for guests, providing directions and assistance with a professional, hospitality-first demeanor.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure the property remains in full compliance with Florida legal standards and internal safety policies to protect the resort's reputation.
