We are General Dental Office in downtown Manchester, CT. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Provide best quality patient care with employees treated as family .

Our work environment includes:

  • Modern office setting

Duties:

-Handle patients, appointments and phone calls.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Review and analyze dental records to ensure accurate coding and billing
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with dental staff to obtain necessary documentation for insurance claims
- Provide support to patients regarding insurance inquiries and concerns
- Update and maintain patient insurance information in the electronic health records system

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
