PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

An Project Manager Assistant provides support to insure efficient operation of the office. You will support two project managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to

organization. The job scope includes communicating via phone and email insuring that all duties completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

๏‚ท Coordinate incoming and outgoing estimates with the estimating department

๏‚ท Document control; filing, saving, scanning and archiving documents

๏‚ท Coordinate office equipment maintenance

๏‚ท Project file setup and administration

๏‚ท Report generation

๏‚ท Order office supplies

๏‚ท Manage front desk reception and incoming calls

๏‚ท Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

๏‚ท High School Diploma/GED required

๏‚ท Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

๏‚ท Detail oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced office environment

๏‚ท Exceptional communication skills

๏‚ท Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

๏‚ท Accuracy and attention to detail
